The IDF reported that three soldiers were wounded during an operational activity in Qabatiya on Tuesday night, located near Jenin. The soldiers were wounded when the “David” armored military vehicle they were travelling in drove over an IED (improvised explosive device).
One wounded soldier from the Kfir Infantry Brigade and one from the Menasha Brigade were seriously wounded, and a reservist in the Kfir Brigade was lightly wounded.
The soldiers were evacuated to receive medical treatment at a hospital and their families were informed.
Jenin is a hotbed of Islamic terrorism, but the whole of Judea and Samaria have been heating up lately, raising concerns that this will be next front that completely opens.
