Prince William visited the Western Wall in the Old City of Jerusalem on Thursday morning on the final day of his three-day visit to Israel.

The Duke of Cambridge also toured the Church of the Holy Sepulchre and the Al Aqsa Mosque on the Temple Mount in what was clearly a visit to the honor the holy sites of the three great monotheistic faiths.

The prince made a consistent effort to avoid politics throughout his visit, and with a few exceptions, managed to do so.
