The Palestinian Authority passport was ranked in 88th place globally for 2019 according to the Passport Index website. 47 countries around the world do not require a visa for Palestinian passport holders, or they can obtain a visa at their destination, or print out an electronic visa – giving the PA passport a mobility ranking of 47.
Israeli passport holders enjoy a 147 mobility ranking, compared with the US’ 167.
The Israeli passport is ranked 17th in terms of its usefulness worldwide.
The countries that allow a Palestinian Authority passport holder to enter without a visa include no European or north American country, nor Russia, China, Japan or either of the Koreas.
They are: Jordan, Somalia, Comoros, Mauritania, Djibouti, Malaysia, Indonesia, Laos, Maldives, Bangladesh, Macau, Sri Lanka, East Timor, Iran, Cambodia, India, Togo, Seychelles, Eswatini, Mozambique, Madagascar, Senegal, Zimbabwe, Cape Verde, Ivory Coast, Uganda, Rwanda, Guinea-Bissau, Lesotho, Ethiopia, Gabon, Dominica, Saint Vincent, Saint Lucia, Bolivia, Ecuador, Nicaragua, Venezuela, Cuba, Micronesia, Tuvalu, Palau, and Samoa.
