The assailant's knife

Police were alerted by the security guards at Jerusalem’s light rail, who detained an Arab resident of eastern Jerusalem at the Shivtei Israel railway station late Wednesday morning, the police spokesperson’s office reported.

According to News 0404, the young Arab pulled his knife at a rail security guard, who drew his gun and forced the assailant to the ground.

The suspect was transferred for police interrogation.
