Moshe Lion has won the runnoff Jerusalem election for mayor after winning 51.5% of what was a very close vote.

When Jerusalemites went to sleep on Tuesday, Ofer Berkovitch was in the lead with some 8000 votes, but the overnight counting changed those numbers drastically, giving Lion a 6000 vote lead, before the soldier votes are counted.
