Report: Marwan Barghouti’s Interrogation Transcripts Reveal His, Arafat’s Role in Second Intifada

Barghouti’s attorney Elias Sabag refused to respond when Haaretz queried him about the transcripts, and said that “[s]ince the age of 17 Marwan has never signed a confession, and in any case we don’t recognize the authority of the Israeli court.”
