A Jewish couple from Toronto was found dead inside their Hallandale Beach, South Florida condo on Thursday night, with police investigating a double homicide.

David Pichosky, 71, and Rochelle Wise, 66, were married four years ago and were described by neighbors as a warm, friendly, and religious couple.

Wise was the founding director of the Crestwood Valley Day Camp near Toronto and was a teacher at the Bialik Hebrew Day School.  Pichosky was a retired accountant.

The pair was supposed to meet a neighbor for lunch on Wednesday, but did not show up or answer phone calls. The neighbor who came looking for them discovered their bodies.
