The IDF (Israel Defense Forces) on Sunday thwarted an attempt to smuggle weapons across the Egyptian border area, from the Sinai into the Negev, through the use of a drone.
Earlier on Sunday, IDF forces identified a drone that crossed from Egyptian territory into the territory of the State of Israel.

After a chase in the field, the forces located the drone and three weapons.
