IDF forces identified and shot down a drone belonging to the Hezbollah terrorist organization that crossed from Lebanon into Israeli territory on Tuesday.

The IDF stated that the drone was monitored by its air control units throughout the incident.

The IDF “will continue to operate in order to prevent any attempt to violate Israeli sovereignty,” it stated after the incident.

Several such incidents have occurred in the past.
