Iran’s proxy in Yemen, the Houthis launched a hypersonic ballistic missile at central Israel at around 6:38 pm Monday evening.

Red Alert sirens were triggered in the Aravot HaYarden (Jordan Valley), Samaria, Binyamin, Megiddo, Gilboa, and Emek HaMa’ayanot regions.

The missile was intercepted by the IAF prior to crossing into Israeli territory, the IDF said.

No physical injuries or property damage reported.
