Ultra-Orthodox Jewish men dressed up with traditional holiday clothes making matzah by hand, a traditional unleavened bread eaten during the Jewish holiday of Passover, just few hours before the “Seder” starts. Jews are forbidden to eat leavened foodstuffs during the Passover holiday, the week-long festival which commemorates the exodus of the ancient Hebrews from Egypt.
