Gunfire from the Palestinian Authority capital of Ramallah hit a nine-year-old girl Friday night while she was walking in the street in her Samaria hometown of Kochav Yaakov.

The bullet hit the young girl in the shoulder.

She was taken to Shaare Zedek Medical Center in Jerusalem in fair condition.

The shooting is under investigation.
