Tel Aviv terrorist's knife. Jan. 18, 2025

A teenage terrorist from the Palestinian Authority city of Tulkarem stabbed a man in Tel Aviv on Shabbat afternoon.

The victim, a 28-year-old Israeli man was seriously wounded in his upper body in the attack on the corner of Mikveh Israel and HaHashmal Streets, according to the Magen David Adom (MDA) emergency medical response organization.

“He communicated with us and talked to us, we placed him in an Intensive Care Unit and evacuated him while continuing medical treatment, he is in moderate condition,” MDA senior medic Itai Atias reported.

The victim was taken to Ichilov Medical Center after receiving initial treatment on site.

The terrorist, 19-year-old Salah Yahya, was shot and killed by an armed Israeli civilian. The civilian was armed thanks to the policy of Internal Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir to arm as many Israeli civilians as he could.
