El Al Airlines, the national airline of Israel

Israel’s national carrier El Al Airlines is beginning to fly nonstop to Las Vegas from Tel Aviv next month, taking advantage of the huge Israeli tourist market.

Las Vegas is a major hot spot for Israeli tourists who travel to the United States, according to Michael Strassburger, El Al vice president of commercial and industry affairs.

The new route begins on June 13 and will depart Ben Gurion International Airport on Friday mornings, landing at mcCarran International Airport in Last Vegas later in the day.

Flights depart from Las Vegas on Saturday nights.
