Pro-terror demonstrations at Columbia University, April 2024

Canary Mission, an organization dedicated to documenting individuals and groups who promote hatred of the US, Israel and Jews, has released a new report exposing the widespread campus antisemitism at New York’s Columbia University.

The document, entitled “From Tehran to Columbia: Inside America’s Student Intifada” may be accessed by clicking here.

The report was published just prior to a new Executive Order signed by President Donald Trump that requires the government to ensure that foreign national in the US “not bear hostile attitudes toward its citizens, culture, government, institutions, or founding principles, and do not advocate for, aid, or support designated foreign terrorists and other threats to our national security.”

Gaza’s ruling Hamas terrorist organization has long been designated by the US as a Foreign Terrorist Organization.

The report features 321 profiles of students, faculty, and external actors who have engaged in antisemitic activities at the university, including:
• Third-party involvement: Including ties to terrorists, terror affiliates, and external agitators.
• Faculty involvement: Documenting faculty members spreading hate and fostering hostile environments.
• Launching Pad: Details on how Columbia was ground-zero for the U.S. pro-Palestinian student movement.
• Troubling timing patterns.

More than 50% of New York City Hate Crimes Aimed at Jews

Pro-terror mobs are already reviving their harassment of Jewish students and teachers as the spring semester begins at the university.

The report “shows how foreign terror organizations – all proxies of Iran – and their American affiliates transformed Columbia University into a gateway hub for Hamas’ activism in the United States.”

It further reveals “the complicity of Columbia University’s administration and faculty in this endeavor and exposes the key players at Columbia promoting foreign terror and the massacre of Jews, from faculty to students as well as the outside agitators to whom Columbia opened its gates,” according to the introduction in the document.

“Our report highlights that, despite efforts to depict it as such, the [pro-terror] encampment [on campus] was not the product of naive, anti-war college kids,” Canary Mission said in a statement.

“Rather, it was planned by groups with direct links to terror organizations and supported by those organizations. We hope this report will serve as a wake-up call to university administrators, Congress, and the American public regarding the ‘education’ that is happening today on college campuses across the nation.”

It is also interesting to note that Tuesday, the day after Trump entered the White House, Harvard University settled two ongoing Title VI lawsuits over campus antisemitism. The terms of the settlement were not disclosed.
