South Florida’s Beis Chana School presented a women-only production of “Passages” on January 13 at the Julius Littman Performing Arts Theater in North Miami Beach. The musical production was beautifully performed by the middle school students. The music and dancing were lively and entertaining and the message was heartfelt.

“Passages” is about a Jewish family’s journey from Communist Russia to Eretz Yisrael and the struggles of their daughter and grandchildren through assimilation, intermarriage, and, finally, awareness of their precious heritage.
