Elly and Matt Bycer, with their daughter, Nava, stand in their backyard esrog farm in Scottsdale, Arizona – which contains more than 400 esrog trees. The project is under the supervision of Rabbi Zvi Holland, former dean of the Phoenix Community Kollel and current kashrut administrator with the Star-K Kosher Certification agency.
