Shul News: Two new L.A. shuls have opened in L.A.’s Pico/Robertson area, a nusach sfard shteibel, Kahal Chasidim She’ans Yaakov with Rabbi Dovid Sochet and a Torah Outreach Center, Bait Aaron with Rabbi Moshe Nourollah…The Link Kollel has added an Ashkenazi Vasikin minyan…Shaarey Tzedek in Valley Village, L.A., recently installed a Security Public Address System so that the entire shul would be alerted if there was an active threat. The announcement would also give clear instructions of how to react during an ongoing crisis.
