I often help my clients learn social skills by reenacting scenes and role-playing with them different ways to communicate. This helps them become more adept at handling social situations in real life.

It seems to me that you are a young woman with a lot to offer, but your quiet personality may be shutting people out. I urge you to seek assistance from your mechanechet or school guidance counselor. These are important years in your life, and it would be a shame to not maximize the opportunities available to you. The social skills you learn now will be of great assistance to you in your adult life as well. Be strong and take that first step.
