As we have mentioned many times before, it is halachically inappropriate for a visitor to initiate conversation with the person sitting shiva; the person who is sitting must speak first. In addition, positive stories about the niftar are important to share, as they are a comfort to the mourner.

I wish you hatzlocha as you go through this challenging time and may Hashem comfort you among all the mourners of Tziyon and Yerushalayim.
