EMC, or its subsidiary VMWare are in talks to acquire the Israeli company ScaleIO for between $200 and $250 million, according to a report in Globes . ScaleIO was founded in 2010, and has 20 employees split between Israel and Palo Alto, with sales of less than $1 million.
