Boston Bomber Blasé, Pleads Not Guilty, Blows Kiss to Ladies

The only emotion shown by Dzokhar Tsarnaev during his arraignment on July 10 was when he smiled at and blew a kiss to two women in the courtroom. It is believed the two women are his sisters.
