Is Iran serious about talks on curbing nuclear program or are they just buying time?

May 23rd is the date for the next talks between Iran and the P5+1 countries (China, France, Germany, Russia, the United Kingdom and the United States). The meeting will take place in Baghdad, Iraq. In the featured clip Israeli businessman and politician, Naftali Bennett, is interviewed on Fox News on the subject of current international efforts to end Iran’s development of nuclear weapons capacity.

Last week, a Washington think tank, the Institute for Science and International Security, posted images they argue show Iran trying to eliminate incriminating material at its Parchin armed forces installation.  Iran ridicules the institute’s claims, “They are joking with our nation,” Iran’s Foreign Ministry spokesman, Ramin Mehmanparast, told Iranian state media, claiming that it was impossible to “wash” away nuclear activities.  The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) has made no comments on the photos.
