Israeli Rower Wins Gold, Sings Hatikvah Herself

    Moran Samuel, a star Israeli athlete who has overcome disability to excel in numerous sports, won a gold medal at the International Adaptive Regatta in Gavirate, Italy on April 29, 2012.  When the organizers played the wrong song during the awards ceremony, Moran asked for the microphone and sang the Hatikvah (the Israeli national anthem) herself.  Don’t miss this moving video.
