Netanya Car Bombing

Police and firefighters were on the scene of a criminal car bombing in the city of Netanya on March 13, 2014,

A local Netanya man "known to police" was seriously injured in a car bomb in the city on Thursday night, in what police suspect may have been an attempted underworld killing.

The victim, Ayal Sofer, is a well-known alleged organized crime figure in the Netanya area, and has survived a number of attempts on his life in the past.
