The condition of 17-year-old Nahum Nevies (Nahum Elimelech ben Zahava Rivka) from the town of Elazar in Gush Etzion, showed some improvement over Shabbat following surgery, however he is still listed as in very serious condition.

Nahum is being treated at Hadassah Ein Karem where he is under sedation and on a respirator.

He and his sister Noam were hit by a car in a ramming-terror attack by an Arab terrorist late Friday afternoon.

His sister Noam (Noam Aliza bat Zahava Rivka) is in moderate condition and is being treated at Sharei Tzedek Medical Center.

The siblings were walking on a path towards the bus stop/hitchhiking post on Road 60 next to Elazar, when the terrorist spotted them and crashed the stolen car he was in directly into the teenagers.

The terrorist was subsequently shot and killed by a policeman.

Nahum is going into 12th grade and Noam (19) is currently doing her National Service.
