Second Arab Employee Tied up Barkan Terror Victim

A second Arab employee of the recycling factory, who worked as a cleaner, is the one who tied up Barkan terror victim Kim Levengrond-Yehezkel with plastic ties before she was shot and killed by the terrorist, according to Israel's Kann News.

According to the report, the terrorist threatened to kill the Arab worker too, if he didn't comply.

After tying her up, the terrorist let the employee go free, unharmed.

There is a suspicion that the terrorist may have filmed the murder.

The employee, also a resident of the Palestinian Authority, was questioned by the Shabak, but not arrested.
