Ari Fuld's Murderer Indicted

The terrorist who murdered Ari Fuld HY"D, 16-year-old Khalil (Halil) Jabarin of the village of Yatta, was indicted in a military court, on Monday.

Jabarin was charged with intentional manslaughter by the court. The charge is the equivalent to murder.

The terrorist will be remanded until the end of the trial.

Miriam Fuld, Ari's wife, just wrote to the head of the IDF Central Command demanding to know why the home of the terrorist still hasn't been demolished.

Despite his mortal wounds, Ari managed to chase, shoot and wound the terrorist, before the terrorist could attack any more people in the Gush Etzion shopping center.
