Naftali Bennett, who serves as both Minister of Industry, Trade and Labor, and Minister Religious Services, has presented the government's outline of burden equality.

According to Bennett, in the next 3 years all 18-year-olds will continue learn Torah and receive the government assistance granted them today.

In the fourth year, out of the anticipated 7,000 Haredi 18-year-olds, 1,800 will continue to learn with full assistance, while the rest will be expected to choose between military service, national service and civilian service.

Bennett emphasized that this is the first the state has recognized the importance of Torah learning as an official value.
