Building Collapses in Beitar Illit

The ceiling of a building currently under construction collapsed in Beitar Illit on Baba Sali St, in Gush Etzion, on Monday afternoon.

Numerous United Hatzalah & MDA volunteers including EMTs, paramedics and doctors from the Beitar Illit and Gush Etzion chapters responded to the incident.

At least five people are being treated by emergency medical volunteers at the scene. They are in moderate to light condition.

Fire and rescue teams are working on scene checking to see if anyone else is trapped inside.
