At the Talmud Torah of Flatbush on Conely Island Avenue, a father teaches his daughter about the importance of burning the very last vestiges of chametz -- the leavening -- that was identified during the final search through the home the night before Passover.

The father, Benjamin, explained to his daugher Chaya Sora that the mitzvah (commandment) of burning the chametz also involves reciting a blessing to declare that all chametz found after this point is null and void and belongs to no one.

We wish all of our readers a kosher and freilichen Passover!

(This report was posted prior to the start of the Passover holiday in Brooklyn, New York.)
