Diary of Terror: 'Calm' Is Relative

Rock-throwing attacks and riots were almost unnoticed on Tuesday amid the headlines of three attempted murders of Jews by Palestinian Authority and Jerusalem Arab terrorists.

Even on a "quiet" news day, rock-throwing is ignored by most media except for The JewishPress.com, unless it is on the "other side" of Judea and Samaria and towards Tel Aviv, in which case the "two-state" media go bonkers.

Here is a short list of Palestinian Authority activities within seven hours on Tuesday, not including the stabbing attacks:

To start off the morning yesterday:

8:35. - Riot at Al Aroob, an UNRWA "refugee" prison camp on Highway 60, one mile south of the Gush Etzion junction;

Afternoon activities and hobbies included:

12:05 - Rock-throwing on Highway 443, west of Jerusalem, and in Samaria;

12:12 - Rock-throwing at Jewish motorists in a Jewish neighborhood in eastern Jerusalem;

13:14 - Riots at the 'Yesha Circle" near Ramallah;

1:22 - Rock-throwing and burning tires on the bridge near Hebron that crosses over the highway linking Hebron-Kiryat Arba with Kiryat Gat and the road to Beit Shemesh.

1:34 - Firebombing attack on vehicle on Highway 443'

1:38 - Rock-throwing south of Hebron;

1:50 - Rioters go berserk in Hebron and throw hundreds of rocks at police and soldiers;

2:32 - Arabs in Kiryat Arba burn tires and throw rocks;

2:44 - Guard at the entrance to Psagot, between Jerusalem and Beit El in Samaria, suffers light injuries from rock-throwing; and

2:55 - Riots in the Binyamin region of Samaria.

Outside of that, all was quiet.
