Ferguson Officer Who Shot Michael Brown Resigns

Darren Wilson, the Ferguson, Missouri police officer who shot and killed Michael Brown in an incident that touched off months of racial unrest and violence, has resigned.
Wilson resigned from the Ferguson police force five days after a grand jury decided not to indict him. The grand jury came to that decision, after reviewing evidence and interviewing witnesses.
The altercation between Wilson and Brown which resulted in the loss of Brown's life took place in August.
