Foreign Policy On A Hope And A Prayer
So Mr. Obama’s plan for peace is essentially based on a hope and a prayer. Yet he also left no doubt that he nevertheless expects Israel to embrace it.
We suspect that Messrs Putin and Abbas cannot believe their good fortune in having the Obama/Kerry team running American foreign policy at this point in time.
