ISIS Takes to the Sea

ISIS is expanding its capabilities after launching a missile at an Egyptian Navy vessel on Thursday.

It's reported that what was believed to be have been Egyptian gunboat, was a nautical mile offshore from Rafah when the rocket hit it, launched by a group calling themselves the Sinai Province of the Islamic State.

Egypt says there were no fatalities.

Egypt has been hit by a series of bombings over the past month in both Sinai, and Egypt proper.
