Israel Ain't Gonna Change For You - Returning Home
Natalie opens the show with a reading about the Loss of Common Sense; guest Liami Lawrence founder of "Keep Olim in Israel" movement joins Natalie and discusses his first years in Israel as a 50-year-old oleh from Beverly Hills, Ca. The group assists olim from all over the world with legal issues like reviewing leases, resume assistance, and mental health/counseling. Liami is a straight talker, and says directly, "you need to have thick skin to live here, and if people laugh at your hebrew, laugh with them." Visit Keep Olim in Israel on Facebook.
