Israeli Rescued After Wrong Turn Into PA Area

On Friday afternoon at 12:20 PM, an Israeli accidentally entered a Palestinian Authority controlled village in the Shomron. He called up the Shomron Moked (Security Center) and said that he didn't know which village he was in.

The Shomron Emergency Rescue Unit and IDF began searching for him.

At 1:10 PM Shomron Emergency Rescue Unit identified his location, and that there were Palestinian Authority policemen next to him.

The IDF went into the village and extracted the driver and his car, unharmed.

In 2000, two Israelis who accidentally entered into Ramallah ended up lynched, mutilated, and murdered by the local Arabs.
