Israeli Wounded in Azoun Rock Throwing Attack

A 23-year-old Israeli man was wounded in the face by Arab rock throwers on Highway 55, near Azoun, in the Shomron. The attack happened on Friday afternoon.

The man was evacuated to Beilinson hospital with face and eye wounds.

A number of vehicles were damaged by the stone throwers.

The wounded man has been identified as an IDF officer.
