Recently, an Israeli icon, Rona Ramon, died of cancer. She was the widow of astronaut Ilan Ramon, who was killed in the Columbia shuttle disaster. Syria too is on Israel's northern border, and a bit to the east. Syria is also showed in recent news headlines that they are emboldened now that they have mostly beat the rebels, and will soon turn its eyes on the Golan in Israel, wanting to capture it for themselves. Will Russia help them? What does this all portend? Or does it mean nothing?
Hundreds of thousands dead in Syria, populations displaced in Arab countries, and a change over of Europe from the Church to the Mosque. And then there is antisemitism and horrific terror attacks. With all of these things happening, why is nothing really changing?
