Natalie opens the show by discussing the increase in violence in Judea and Samaria over the past few weeks, and discussing New Years and the absence of any celebrations; Natalie’s guest is Chana Beris, who made aliyah from Uruguay in 1979 at the age of 18, went to college, served in the IDF, got married and grew a family. Chana is a journalist for several media outlets, mainly for Semanario Hebreo (The Hebrew Weekly of Uruguay) which was founded by her father in 1960.
