Judge Margaret Marrinan dismissed a lawsuit looking to force the state of Minnesota to sell the $18 million in Israeli bonds which is held in its portfolio. IDF Soldiers and Military Police on Wednesday arrested a Palestinian armed with seven explosives at the Beka'ot crossing in the Jordan River Valley. The terrorist appeared suspicious and while searching him the soldiers discovered three knives and bullets, as well as the explosives. The White House on Monday rejected an emotional appeal by Israel's President Shimon Peres to commute convicted Israeli spy Jonathan Pollard's life sentence. Peres based his appeal on Pollard's fast deteriorating health, after Peres' recent conversation with Pollard's wife Esther. The condition of Ismat Abdul Khaliq, the Palestinian woman who had been arrested over her critical writings about PA President Mahmoud Abbas, is deteriorating in an isolation cell in prison. As of Thursday, the Military Rabbinate will render all IDF bases kosher for the Jewish holiday of Passover. After weeks of heavy-duty spring cleaning, soldiers across the IDF will be joined in the field by military rabbis who will certify the bases and assist if need be. By the end of the day, with the mission accomplished, the IDF will be declared Kosher for Passover.

The decision delivered Monday was a success for the family of Jerusalem-born boy Menachem Zivotofsky. Out of 95 thousand registered Kadima party members, only 40% voted by 10 p.m., when the polls closed. It was rumored that left-leaning Haim Ramon was planning to resign as Chair of the Kadima Council. Along with the Mofaz win, this may suggest that the party is moving to the right. Clinton, a suit in which Naomi and Ari Zivotofsky are challenging the way the State Department may list the birthplace of their son, nine-year-old Menachem. The Iron Dome Support Act (IDSA) authorizes and encourages President Obama to provide funds for the "procurement, maintenance and sustainment" of more of the anti-missile defense systems, should the Israeli government request it. This week the 124th class of IDF Naval Officers, including three women, completed their training and were stationed on deck Israeli Navy vessels. While most IDF women serve only two years, these three officers have already served through the 36-month naval officers' course, as graduates will be required to sign up for at least an extra 16 months.

There are unconfirmed reports that Mohammed Merah, the Toulouse Killer is dead. He had reportedly put up stiff resistance as the police entered his apartment complex. Merah had barricaded himself in his apartment after police arrived to arrest him over 32 hours ago.
Mohammed Merah, suspected of killing seven in Toulouse, died after resisting Police who were advancing on his apartment Thursday. French Interior Minister Claude Guéant told reporters that Merah was hiding in the bathroom when Police entered his place. The moment the policemen came in, Merah stormed them, shooting wildly and injuring three, and then jumped out a window. He was found dead on ground.

Three explosions were heard around midnight from the apartment building in Toulouse where the Muslim gunman suspected of murdering Jewish children and their father has been holed up. reporters described seeing Police moving the gunman Mohammed Merah under a blanket to a waiting car and driving away. But then French Interior denied the news.
