SOUL TALK - Purim Paradox and Paradise: How Free Are We?

To what extent do you understand the deeper significance of the holiday of Purim? Remembering our salvation from potential decimation is of course important, but why do we commemorate this event with customs such as dressing in costume, consuming alcohol and sharing food items with friends and neighbors? Properly understanding this holiday and the deep significance of its customs will reveal the paradoxical relationship between G-d's plan and our own free will.
