The time has come for all of us to change, to become the people our Creator meant us to be. Instead of working on others, let us work on ourselves.
I strongly oppose having rabbis vet suspicions since there will be an inherent, if unintentional, bias favoring an accused abuser, especially if he is otherwise a respected member of the community.
