I've noticed many improvements in Shusha since my last visit there a year ago.
The Economic Peace Center is hosting a panel titled “Karabakh and the Khojaly Genocide” at the Begin Center on February 28th at 7 PM
Fizuli, on Iran's border, was one of the cities that were destroyed during the First Karabakh War.
