Rain at the rate of 4 inches an hour turned the port city into a sea without a port.
Stormy, we were expecting, one way or another, but a lot of rain will be a blessing.
It has been more than 20 years since the dam at the Kinneret had to be opened to prevent flooding. Thanks to desalinated water, the flood gates may have to be opened again this year.
