A former IDF intelligence official previously suggested the Palestinian Authority was involved in the Hamas-led massacre.
"Hamas perpetrated the massacre with the support of and in the name of the majority of Palestinians. Say 'the Palestinian massacre.' That's the way Palestinians see it."
