The Prosecutor's Office wanted to postpone the parole board hearing indefinitely but only received a one-week postponement. A request for an extension was rejected by parole board chair, retired judge Rachel Goldberg.
The former president was released on strict parole terms. He can't supervise women, and has a 10 pm curfew for 2 years.
