US Does not Know If Israel Freed Terrorists or ‘Freedom Fighters’

If the US were to call settlements ‘illegal,’ it would be defining Israel by its 1949-1967 borders. But if can’t even deny terrorists are ‘freedom fighters,’ it is defining the PA as a non-terror entity.
