A new electronic tracking system sends SMS messages to the male guardians of Saudi Arabian women who attempt to cross the border, according to a report in Al-Arabiya.
The IDF Homefront Command will be testing a new nationwide SMS alert system between Sunday and Thursday this week. Each day the testing will be done in different cities and areas. On Thursday, between 10AM and noon, the entire country should receive an SMS alert.
