‘Injustice Ministry’ Clears Police for Using Stun Gun on Settler

A United Nations report says the use of electric shock “Taser” guns is a form of torture. The US uses it only in extreme cases. And Israel? It is okay to shoot a settler, lying on the floor, with electric shocks.
